SUB-ACUTE PROGRAM: (10 private rooms)
The sub-acute program at Southridge accepts medically complex
cases which may
involve continuous nursing care. The facility has 24-hour skilled
medical care with
RN/LPN medical personnel.

The rehabilitation team consists of Physical, Occupational and
Speech Therapies.
Programs are tailored to return each patient to their highest
functional and
psychosocial potential by gradually introducing each patient back
into the community
as soon as possible. Out-patient therapy is available on a daily
basis.
Southridge offers the Nautilus Rehabilitation and Health Promotion
System. It is the
first program of this kind to be developed in the area. This system
utilizes specially
adapted Nautilus strength-building equipment for rehabilitation and
health promotion.
